- This entertainment executive's career has spanned more than 20 years and he has worked with the "Who's Who" of the entertainment industry. Mr. Wade is C.E.O./President of Pearl Entertainment Group which has a music division, a consulting division, an artist/sports management division, and a fashion division. He is also the Co-Founder of He did It Productions which creates and develops content for film and television. The flagship entity of Pearl Entertainment Group, Inc. was its Entertainment Consulting and Artist Management division, DLW & Associates, which was launched in 1998. Pearl Entertainment Group/DLW & Associates has had clients that include: Fox Searchlight, Gospo Centric, B-Rite Music, Lilly Mack Publishing, Lighted Pathway Prod., Unyon Media Group, and TillyMann Music Group. Prior to launching DLW & Associates, Mr. Wade was employed by companies such as: Warner Chappell Music, E! Entertainment, Spelling Entertainment, Hanna-Barbara Cartoons, Rondor Music, and A&M Records. Throughout his career, in one capacity or another he has worked on, television shows, series, specials, and movies; and over 25 gold and platinum albums.
